Please note that we will only refund in case of any manufacturing fault in our products. Also please bear in mind that we will not refund for any scarf displayed or returned by your consumers. If you claim that there is any damage or faulty when you receive the products, please send us a photo of the damaged products and package as soon as possible, within 7 days of receiving the goods. When we determine the cause of the damage then we will ask you to return the product to us and you need to pay for the delivery for the return package. Once we receive the faulty products we will replace them. Also be reminded that we would not replace the product damaged by your side.
