Yes, we do supply to any businesses around the world as long as there is a courier company for delivery. If you like to know the delivery expenses please reach out to us. |

| What would be the cost of delivery and who is paying for it? | |

The cost of delivery depends on where the goods to be delivered and the delivery services you want(such as standard or express). Orders for U.K. delivery over £300,- are free of charge. All international deliveries are automatically calculated by our system. If the system does not mention the cost of delivery, please contact us after you completed the order by choosing the "Pick Up From Store" option. |

| I live outside the United Kingdom, how would the tax work for the goods I import? | |
|
If you live outside the United Kingdom and within the European Union member countries, we would not charge you VAT(Value Added Tax) in your invoice if and only if you have a VAT number in your country and give it to us to print it on your invoice. If you are outside European Union member countries, then we would not Charge you VAT(Value Added Tax) on your invoice. But your country import tax might deal with it once it arrive in your country. For export evidence, we need the couriers receipt from you if you appoint the courier to delivery the goods for you. If we appoint the courier of course, we have the receipt, evidence of export, so you do not need to provide us. |

| How long would it take to deliver the goods to us? | |

| How long would it take to process and book for delivery after I order and paid for the order? | |

Orders correctly placed before 3PM GMT are aimed to be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed in the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. |

| What is the minimum quantity we should order? | |

The minimum order within the United Kingdom is £100 including the VAT and the delivery charge. The minimum will be 3 pcs each color of that style,and if it is an assorted package the minimum will be 1 pack with 10pcs in a pack. |

| Why I can't see 'ADD TO CART' button? | |

If you can't see 'ADD TO CART' button that means you are in the main image of the style you are looking at. Please click on the colour of the style you like and the quantity box will be automatically shown. |

| Why some of the default quantity near 'ADD TO CART' button is not minimum 3, like quantity 1, 2? | |

Our stocks situation keep changing all the time. When the stock is lower than 3pcs, the default quantity will less than 3, and you just can buy that default quantity. If the default quantity is 4, means only 4pcs left in stock and you need to buy this 4pcs. |
